Sunday is bookmarked by delicious roasts, including 12-hour brined British chicken; slow-cooked belly of pork and crackling; British Beef sirloin and short-rib; or the handmade nut roast, each served with all the traditional trimmings.
Show-stealing pizza comes courtesy of the wood-fired oven, all freshly prepared and cooked to order, and to complement the food, guests will find a globe-trotting wine list, a range of local guest ales and rotating cask ales and beers, and an array of delicious classic cocktails such as Tom Collins and Berry Julep.
