Is the bottomless brunch the perfect combination?

Move over afternoon tea because there is a new dining trend emerging – the bottomless brunch. Inspired by the similar trend in New York’s Manhattan, restaurants across Staffordshire are giving us a new way to enjoy our favoured weekend meal.

Whether you like a full English or are more of a pancakes and waffles kind of gal, brunch is a great way to start your Saturday, but how about if you could enjoy it with unlimited refills of your favourite tipple – like Mimosas, Bloody Marys or Prosecco?

The bottomless brunch sounds too good to be true, right? But, before you get carried away, the term ‘bottomless’ must be used lightly because there are a few rules to abide by.

Mainly the following three:

  1. You don’t get longer than 2 hours (most are capped at 90 minutes)
  2. Your drink is only replaced once it has been finished
  3. Drinking to excess is not permitted and you need to drink responsibly at all times or you won’t be allowed to at all!

So, stick to the rules and you’ll enjoy every second!
