Here are 5 places to enjoy a bottomless brunch in Staffordshire – and the rules that go with it
Move over afternoon tea because there is a new dining trend emerging – the bottomless brunch. Inspired by a similar trend in New York’s Manhattan, restaurants across Staffordshire are tempting us with a new way to enjoy our favoured weekend meal.
Whether you like a full English or are more of a pancakes and waffles kind of gal, brunch is a great way to start your Saturday. But how about if you could enjoy it with unlimited refills of your favourite tipple – like a Mimosa, Bloody Mary or Prosecco?
But, before you get carried away, the term ‘bottomless’ must be used lightly because there are a few rules to abide by.
Mainly the following three:
- You don’t get longer than 2 hours (most are capped at 90 minutes)
- Your drink is only replaced once it has been finished
- Drinking to excess is not permitted and you need to drink responsibly at all times or you won’t be allowed to at all!

Here are five places to get your fill of a bottomless brunch in Staffordshire.
1. Brunch Club at Revolution Stafford
Riverside, Stafford ST16 3AQ.
The colourful and contemporary Revolution Bar at Stafford’s swanky Riverside complex runs a bottomless brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm. From £20 per person, you can book in for a two-hour time slot. A special brunch menu is served and you can enjoy refillable Prosecco, Mimosas and Bloody Marys. 2. Bottomless Lunch at The Wine House

If you can have bottomless brunch, why not enjoy a bottomless lunch. The Wine House in Lichfield runs a two-hour ‘Bottomless Lunch’ sitting, which includes a three-course meal and unlimited Prosecco by the glass or selected cocktails. St Micheal’s Square, Penkridge, ST19 5AL.
Penkridge’s Littleton Arms runs a ‘Bottomless Prosecco’ afternoon for £29.95 per person. It runs from Monday to Saturday 12pm unitl 2pm. Order two-courses from its full menu (a starter up to £6.95 and a main up to £14.95) and enjoy unlimited Prosecco for two hours. Call 01785 716300 to book.
4. Funday Brunch at BEAR
33 High Street, Uttoxeter
With branches in Uttoxeter, Derby and Stone, Bear runs its ‘Funday Brunch’ available Thursday to Sunday for £20 per person. Choose any item off its brunch menu, which includes classics like Eggs Benedict, Smashed Avocado and Maple Bacon Pancakes, plus three drinks from a choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, fizz and coffee. 5. Bottomless Prosecco Lunch at Saracens Head
