Women across the county are swapping the treadmill for the some seriously bouncy fun. Boogie Bounce Xtreme is a safe, simple and effective exercise programme on individual mini trampolines. It’s carried out in a darkened room to high energy dance music so there is no need to worry about what you look like – until the lights come on that is! Classes are £4.75 each or you can book a block of 5 classes for £22.50 or 10 for £40. All bouncers need need socks with grips on, which are sold at the class for £3.50 a pair.
2. Caveman training
If you’re after a ripped mid-drift and you have serious will power then take on the 6-week challenge that is caveman training. It’s hardcore fitness at its best so be prepared! Classes take place in Fenton and Newcastle and usually involve a series of structured circuit style training exercises to push and pull you to your limits!

If you love the idea of spending time upside down to work on your strength and endurance then Aerial Fit at the Pole Fit studio in Longton is just what you are looking for. Aerial Fit improves strength, flexibility, stamina, posture and grace as with aerial skills, hoop and cube classes.
