Longton-based Dale & Collins Estate Agents has picked up two gold awards with the British Property Awards for the Stoke on Trent (South) region
A Staffordshire estate agent is the recent dual winner with the British Property Awards (BPA) for both its Property Sales and Property Lettings teams. The awards, won by Longton-based, Dale & Collins Estate Agents were received for the Stoke-on-Trent (South) region.
Following the win, the agency, who was formed in 2012, will now go through to be shortlisted on a national basis.
“Agents who go that extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are awarded with our accolade,” say the BPA, which carry out mystery shops on local agents to establish where “fantastic customer service has been demonstrated across a prolonged period of time”.
