Trentham Gardens and other well-known geographic locations, miniaturised in precious metal as cuff-links, tie pins and pendants created by Sarah Evans Jewellery using SolidMaps™ 3D mapping technology will be showcased for the first time at Craft in Focus’s Trentham Gardens event from September 22 – 25 from 9.30am – 5pm daily on stand A34.
Sarah Evans says: “We’re so excited to bring a miniature Trentham Gardens to Craft in Focus’ event this year – now people can have a precious metal 3D landscape map of their favourite RHS garden as a brooch, pendant or ornament. “It has been fun collaborating with Andy Green from 3D Primo, thinking up interesting land- and cityscapes, and designing silver jewellery for them.
“We’ve even designed jewellery for Wimbledon, Edinburgh and Edale – the World really is the limit and using bespoke design skills I can design, remodel and make bespoke jewellery for you or a loved one.”
Andy Green says: “We can immortalise your special location in silver or gold for you: perhaps the place you got engaged or married; the mountain you climbed; your favourite sporting venue, or your much loved RHS garden and lake where you spend time with your family and friends. “We’ll be on hand to showcase our new designs and explain some of the technology, so if anyone has a favourite place, we hope people will pop along and have a chat to us about the possibilities.”
