Brides and grooms can get some inspiration at the first wedding fair at a Stoke museum.
Gladstone Pottery Museum will host the event on February 12.
The museum, alongside The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, has recently applied for a licence to become a venue where couples can tie the knot.
The event will run from 11am to 4pm and guests will get the chance to speak to vendors, including photographers, stationers, florists, cake makers, entertainment and car hire businesses.
They can also talk to museum staff about planning their special day at Gladstone, which boasts many original features to ensure brides and grooms can enjoy their big day.
Opportunity
Councillor Lorraine Beardmore, cabinet member for culture, leisure, and public health said: “We are really excited about hosting our first-ever Wedding Fair at Gladstone Pottery Museum.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for brides and grooms, and wedding planners to speak to different vendors and start to plan their special day.
“Our in-house team will also be on hand to show visitors the beautiful and unique spaces we have available at Gladstone to host wedding receptions. The Victorian setting and cobbled courtyard provide a stunning backdrop for ceremonies and photographs.”
