Our Nordic experience offers a range of hydrotherapy therapies. Our favourite? The Salt Steam room. The room has been designed to aid in respiratory problems, by inhaling water into the airways and releasing tension. It’s also great for the pores!
Aqua Massage
The therapies in this area have been carefully curated to aid tired muscles and aching joints. We recommend using this facility after your workout or session in the Sauna and to finish it all off?

Membership is available at the Hoar Cross Hall from £149 per month (with an initial 3-month commitment) or £1599 annually. A £199 joining fee is also applicable when you become a member, which includes a Welcome Pack.
