Hoar Cross Hall hosts three restaurants, including The Ballroom, which holds an AA Rosette, is our a la carte dining experience. All restaurants at the Hall are managed by our award-winning Executive Head Chef, James St Claire-Jones, who received the Gold Best in Class for the Custom Culinary Plant Forward Challenge last year.
The Menu’s at the Hall, are under constant evolution, with the majority of dishes featuring traditional methods with a complimentary twist. Favourite dishes include, the award-winning honey truffle goats’ cheese starter, locally sourced 8oz fillet steak, and to finish the Texture of Chocolate – complete with Hoar Cross Hall Honey (yum!)
Recently introduced to the Hall’s Long Gallery, is an all-new Cocktail Menu. The Menu has been inspired by the Grade II listed wallpaper, by William Morris – that is featured in the Ballroom.
New spritzes have been designed for beautiful British summer days. The Honey, Pear & Ginger Spritz, not only feature Hoar Cross honey, but also infused vodka and ginger syrup – topped off with Prosecco.
The ultimate showstopper…The Butterfly Effect. This drink has been designed by the Hall’s talented Bar Team and features the perfect photo opportunity. Featuring, blackberry & lemongrass vodka, and butterfly pea tea!
The Hall has introduced a selection of new mocktails to the Collection. The Rose Garden, is perfect for those looking for a refreshing and summery drink, featuring rose syrup, lemons, rose water, & elderflower and cucumber tonic.
