Niall Keating and the chefs at Lunar will be joined by award-winning Master Butcher, Stephen, from Perrys of Eccleshall, and will be working together to create a dining experience that celebrates the artistry of food and the rich heritage of traditional butchery.
The evening offers a unique opportunity to witness a butchery demonstration showcasing the meticulous preparation of premium quality meat. Stephen Hill, the British Champion Butcher in Staffordshire, first discovered his passion for butchery at the tender age of 14. He developed a passion for the art of butchery while learning traditional techniques and developed a thorough knowledge in the artisan skills of curing and smoking.
Perrys of Eccleshall has been a valued supplier to Lunar since its opening in 2021, ensuring that the restaurant serves only the finest locally sourced meats. Now, guests have the opportunity to witness this wonderful collaboration in action.
