Long have I travelled over rolling fields, crossing babbling brooks and farmland with only the local ponies to confide in, in search of a place of shelter from the elements, somewhere to rest my weary head, and fill my grumbling stomach. Roaming over the expanse of the Staffordshire hills, where the three counties meet, I see a flickering light in the distance, a sanctuary it seems, a place of warmth and shelter it appears. The flickering light burns brighter and brighter as I make my approach…but is there any room at the Inn?

This Christmas Eat, Drink, Dance, and be Merry in our warm and cosy Briar Suite at one of our fabulous Christmas Party Nights or get crafty and creative at one of our Christmas Wreath Making evenings. In our Bar & Granary Restaurant, dine with family and friends on our sumptuous Christmas Fayre Menu and make memories to cherish. You may even hear the odd Christmas carol or two!

Festive Wreath Making | 29th & 30th November 1st December | £60 per person.

Get creative this Christmas and join us for some festive fun as you make your very own bespoke Christmas wreath. Led by professional florist Elizabeth’s Blooms, Liz will teach you all about the art of wreath making and wowing your neighbours with a showstopping front door this Christmas.

Arrive to a festive Bellini to get you in the mood whilst grazing on a delicious hot and cold festive buffet as you create your masterpiece. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the evening as well as your own private bar for anyone who fancies a Christmas tipple.

Christmas Party Nights – 8th, 9th, 15th,16th December | £47 per person.

Join us for the festive season here at Slaters and party on down at one of our Christmas Party Nights. Enjoy a delicious 3 course meal prepared by our chefs before dancing the night away to our resident DJ playing your favourite festive hits!

Christmas Fayre Menu – 27th November – 31st December

Our team of chefs have designed a 3-course menu to satisfy all the senses this Christmas using the freshest seasonal produce with all the trimmings. Our Christmas Fayre Menu will be served alongside our main menu throughout November and December in our Granary Restaurant and Bar.

Lunch  – 2 courses: £24  | 3 courses: £28

Dinner – 2 courses: £27 | 3 courses: £32
