Liz Clarke, Head of Retail at Dougie Mac, said, “By sending Dougie Mac cards this Christmas you’re not only sending your best wishes to your friends and family, you’re also enabling us to be there for local children, young adults and adults facing a life-limiting condition. We have a great selection of new Christmas cards this year, including a special card designed by some of the children who rely on our children’s services.”
In addition to its great selection of Christmas cards, Dougie Mac is also selling a range of gifts this festive season. The gifts include Dougie Mac branded mementos; an exclusive limited edition gin, served in a keepsake bottle; gift vouchers and experience days; and the hospice’s popular everlasting flowers. There’s also a limited edition calendar by local photographer Phil Crow, showing the last remaining Bottle Ovens and Kilns of The Potteries.
Liz added, “Christmas is a special time of year and our care teams work hard to make sure all of our patients and their families can spend precious time together, making memories in the comfort of their own home or here at the hospice. Without the support of the local community this care wouldn’t be possible, so thank you to everyone who makes a difference.”
