There has never been a better time than now to prioritise our own mental health and wellbeing and escape for a few hours from the hustle and bustle of life! Over the last few years the world has shifted. It is now crucial that we focus on ourselves and the balance of life and work for a happier and healthier future and also for our children so they are supported with their anxiety, mental health, trauma, behaviour and engagement in learning and attending school.
As an experienced teacher, artist and life coach, I felt the time was right to embrace my time-honoured dream to set up the Arts and Minds Therapeutic Centre to offer a wide range of therapeutic and wellbeing services to schools, families, adults, children and businesses. The Arts and Minds Therapeutic Centre is based in The Stables at Weston Park, Weston-under-Lizard in a tranquil art studio/workshop, classroom, training centre and life coaching pod.
This is also my own art studio where I am currently painting an Iconic Collection of Portraits and Portrait Commissions which are on display.
