As winter starts to loosen its grip on the year, it’s all systems go at Sprinks farm and Sprinks farm shop.

March sees a change in activities up at the farm. The deer have started to prepare for a new year – losing their antlers in readiness for a new season; Lambing is about to start – with the Grey-Faced Dartmoors all set and in great condition; and the Oxford Sandy and Black pigs also getting ready to give birth.

So with all that hard work and new life around it’s hard to find time for much else – but the team at Sprinks still manage to surprise with fantastic fresh fayre through their shop in Ipstones, at local farmers markets and online.

This year Easter is early, and the team are fully prepared – with traditional hogget and lamb for a family feast; poultry and ducks freshly prepared; and farm fresh beef – all from farm to fork.

The organic and environmental principles on which Sprinks farm is run, coupled with a focus on high-quality and exceptional animal welfare, translates into fabulous, flavoursome food.

But it isn’t just meat – with some great tasty treats including home grown seasonal veg, pies, breads and pastries, Sprinks farm shop delivers some amazing meals and snacks!
