Dilemma Charity has a new venue for Family Groups in Lichfield

“After successfully helping the families and friends of those with addiction for over 3 years, Dilemma has now relocated its Tuesday Family Group sessions to larger premises.

Dilemma now runs its group meetings at Lichfield Methodist Church from 7.00pm to 8.30pm every Tuesday evening, every week of the year.

“These larger premises allow us to help even more people to navigate the chaos that an addicted loved one can bring to their families and friends” said Linda Easto the Charity’s Founder.

“Our 12 step programme takes people through various techniques to help deal with the addict, such as Boundaries, Self-help, and Consequences. Each step will bring them closer to understanding how best to react to various situations.

There’s no quick-fix, addiction is an illness which requires careful management, and to do that we need to be in our own best place. Attending a group of people with similar experience of having a loved one who is an addict allows you to speak without being judged.”

Lichfield Methodist Church can be found at 30 Tamworth St, Lichfield WS13 6JJ, or alternatively via Backcester Lane, opposite the entrance to the Car Park
