Do you want to take a peek behind the curtain and see where your favourite Titanic beers are brewed? Join us at Titanic Brewery for a behind-the-scenes tour with our tour guide and Titanic superfan Gary!
Tours begin with a pint in The Sample Room our on-site bar open exclusively for tour groups. Here, tour guide Gary will introduce you to the Titanic story, from the early days in the back room of a pub in 1985, to today’s status as the largest brewer of stouts and porters in the country. An introduction to the ingredients that make up beer will be followed by a tour of the brewery itself, showing you the brewing process from beginning to end. Returning to The Sample Room for two more pints, the bar is open for business should you wish to sample any more. You will also get a bottle of Titanic beer to take away with you to enjoy at home! Century
Century is a full-bodied Amber Ale, brewed in partnership with the city council to celebrate Stoke-on-Trent’s 100 year anniversary in 2025, which coincides with the 40th anniversary of Titanic Brewery. Crisp with a rich malt flavour, this 4.7% amber ale is the perfect way to raise a glass and say ‘Cheers!’ to 100 Years of our City, and drinkers are reminded of this important link thanks to a design on the pump clip and labels that incorporate the iconic bottle kilns of The Potteries. Century is available in cask in Titanic pubs and other venues across the county, and is also available in bottles directly from Titanic Brewery. For a limited time, the beer will also be available in cans to First Class customers on Avanti Train services. A % of sales of Century will also be donated to the Titanic Brewery Foundation, an independent organisation that funds and supports local causes and community organisations.
