Quintessential pub, The Red Lion in Bradley has a brand-new menu, inspired by the collective of new talent in the kitchen. Working with the finest ingredients and seasonal flavours, diners are in for a real treat.
Braised Beef Brisket & Stilton Croquette and delicious Tandoori Chicken Lollipops are just two of the generous starters that sit alongside more traditional dishes such as the Black Pudding Scotch Egg, whilst new deep-filled sandwiches take you from New York Deli Ciabatta to a wholesome Staffordshire Ham & Cheddar Toastie, perfect for those swinging by for a quick, but filling, lunchtime bite.
Building a reputation for incredible burgers the lineup is infused with mouthwatering flavours from Korea, India, and Morocco but it is The Holy Cow, that the team think will by most popular – two handmade patties loaded with rich beef brisket, horseradish aioli, rocket, crispy onion, and cheese. Packed-full of quality M.Mottershead meat, a bumper Mixed Grill requires guests to bring an appetite, whilst classic cut steaks and an eye-watering Butchers Block with 26oz of top quality steak – which is more than enough for two to share, will be added to with guesting special cuts for meat lovers.
Homemade pies that promise to ‘knock the spots of those found in other pubs’ as well as interesting flavours from across the globe switch the mains up a level and are interspersed with popular pub classics, offered with a twist, such as the Vodka Battered Haddock and hand cut twice cooked chips.

The Butcher’s Block is something else, it must be seen, and tasted, to be believed!”
