Bellway is offering a range of flexible benefits worth up to £40,000 to anyone looking to buy a new home in the West Midlands this spring.
The offer forms part of Bellway’s ‘Feels like home’ campaign, which highlights the benefits of buying a new energy-efficient home and making it your own.
The campaign showcases Bellway’s refreshed look, with new branding that has been unveiled to coincide with the company’s 80th anniversary. Bellway is also celebrating having secured 5-Star Builder accreditation from the Home Builders Federation for the 10th consecutive year, and being rated excellent on Trustpilot.
Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Customers sit at the heart of every decision we take. We know that having a fresh space which they can tailor to their own style is something our buyers value highly. We also understand that people need help in different ways to make buying a new home work for them.
“Recommendations from our buyers led to us retaining our 5-Star Builder status, and customer feedback helped to shape our rebrand. Our ‘Feels like home’ campaign brings together everything that we know to be important to our customers and offers flexible incentives to enable them to make their move.”
The incentive can be used towards a deposit, as a mortgage contribution, or to personalise a home with flooring, appliances or other upgraded features.

Simon Smith, a 49-year-old facilities manager, his wife Kelly, a 45-year-old NHS theatre sister, and son Joel, 13, picked up the keys to their new three-storey Spinner house in September 2025 after moving from a three-bedroom ex-council house in Walsall.
Simon said: “We wanted a fresh start so looked for a new home within a 20 mile or so radius of our house at Shelfield, near Walsall. Our research kept bringing us back to the Bellway development at Victoria Gate in Stafford which we liked the look of and would be somewhere new for us.
“We made an appointment and went along to meet the sales advisor Kim who told us that we could use the Express Mover scheme. It was great because Bellway liaised with a local estate agent to agree a valuation for our old home and found a buyer within a week and Bellway paid the agency’s fees.
“On top of this Bellway gave us a £15,000 contribution, some of which we put towards a deposit to reduce the size of our mortgage. It was like it was meant to be.”
The family and their two dogs – Frank, a Bulldog, and Cooper, a Sproodle, are enjoying life in their new home. “It’s great having three floors,” Simon added, “because it gives us so much space and different areas where we can either be together or have time apart.”
