Silence of the Lambrini

The cocktail you’ve been dying to try

Ingredients:
Lambrini Very Cherry, RRP £3.00, Sainsbury’s
25ml Black raspberry liqueur
50ml Cranberry juice
½ Lemon
Crushed ice
Orange zest

Serving glass:
Wineglass/highball

Garnish with: 
Orange zest

Method:
Mix 25ml black raspberry liqueur with 50ml Cranberry juice and 1/2 the juice from a lemon. Add crushed ice and top with Lambrini Very Cherry. Garnish with orange zest.

Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine

Full bodied, fruity and luxuriously rich. Bursting with spices, natural ginger, citrus fruit, red fruit and raisins, this is a  glorious blend of the finest quality British Ruby wine and original Crabbie’s Green Ginger wine. Crabbie’s mulled ginger wine is also gluten free!

Ingredients:
Crabbie’s Mulled Ginger Wine
1 Cinnamon stick
A twist of orange

Serving glass:
A large mug

Garnish with: 
A cinnamon stick and a twist of orange.

Method:
Gently warm through in a saucepan on a low heat. Remove from the heat and ladle into a large mug. Garnish with cinnamon stick and a twist of orange.

Lambrini Sparkles

Ingredients:
Lambrini Always Original
A spoonful (we like a table spoon) of Cherry liqueur
25ml Pineapple juice
25ml Orange juice
1/2 a lime

Serving glass:
A champagne flute

Garnish with: 
Orange zest and a cherry.

Method: 
Squeeze 1/2 a lime into a cocktail shaker and add 25ml pineapple juice, 25ml orange juice and a spoonful of cherry liqueur. Shake and strain into the champagne flute, and top with Lambrini.

Gingerly Sip

Ingredients: 
100ml Eisberg Alcohol-Free Sauvignon Blanc
1⁄2 lemon
1tsp of sugar
Cubed ice
Ginger Ale

Serving glass:
A short glass

Garnish with: 
Twist of orange and a Cinnamon stick

Method:
Pour 100ml of alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc into a short glass then add the juice of 1⁄2 a lemon, 1 tsp of sugar and lots of cubed ice. Top up the glass with the ginger ale and garnish with a twist of orange. Use the cinnamon stick to stir with.
