This year’s highlights include a Maple-Glazed Turkey Breast, a refined take on the Christmas classic, with the perfect balance of savoury richness and delicate sweetness, a Parsnip & Chestnut Croquette, golden and crisp on the outside, with layers of earthy, nutty depth inside, capturing the essence of winter, and a Christmas Pudding with Brandy Sauce, the timeless finale, given Lunar’s signature touch of refinement for the most comforting of endings.
Each dish is presented with meticulous attention to detail, served on Wedgwood china and paired with drinks in Waterford Crystal.
