Smithfield, a mixed-use development project in Hanley, consisting of Smithfield Works, Clayworks, 1&2 Smithfield, and Hilton Garden Inn hotel, is kicking off the Christmas festivities with a weekend of holiday cheer on December 1st and 2nd, with locals invited to join.
The team behind Smithfield have arranged for a number of festive activities to take place such as, choir performances by Music in You, a mesmerising Christmas Tree lighting ceremony on Friday around 5:00 pm, a special appearance by Santa, and the LED Bauble-Head performers will be joining the party on Saturday. Neighbouring Hilton hotel will also be providing delightful festive tipples and treats on Friday and Saturday on a first-come-first-served basis, so guests are encouraged to arrive early.
Smithfield are also delighted to be supporting Stoke-on-Trent BID’s Giving Together campaign and will have donation boxes available at Smithfield Works from 1st December. Members and the public are invited to donate food and toy items to support this great cause.

The festivities are free of charge, and take place at Two Smithfield, Leonard Coates Way, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3DR, Friday 16:00 – 19:00, and Saturday 17:00 – 20:00.
