The Potteries Centre has listened to customer feedback and is delighted to announce significant reductions to car parking charges that will benefit the majority of visitors, with 68% of customers set to save money based on current average stay durations.
Parking has consistently been one of the most discussed topics among visitors. In response, the Centre Management Team has introduced a simplified tariff that removes confusing time bands and delivers real value, especially for short to medium-length stays.
“We understand how important it is to offer great value, especially in today’s economic climate,” said Amy Whittaker, Centre Director at The Potteries Centre. “This change ensures that nearly seven in ten of our customers will see real savings, making their shopping trip better value from the moment they park.”

To celebrate the launch of the new tariff on Saturday 7th June, The Potteries is adding a little extra to the visitor experience. Guests parking in The Potteries car park on launch day will be treated to some delightful surprises as a thank-you to loyal customers and a warm welcome to new visitors.
