Despite the cold weather, or perhaps because of it, February is a very active time at Sprinks farm and our partners who share our principles of locally grown, organic and free-range foods. There is a lot to do to give our animals the best possible quality of life, despite the frosty mornings!
And up at the farm shop, the year is leaping into life in a big way too. With free-range and organic meats for hearty soups, stews, and warming roasts together with fresh veg, cheeses and deli ingredients, there is a lot to prepare and an enormous opportunity to try something new.
