Since the news of its reopening, good news continues to flow for Moddershall Oaks Country Spa Retreat, as it has announced that planning permission has been approved for the addition of fourteen new Woodland Pods on its grounds, expanding its exclusive overnight accommodation offering. With an opening date to be confirmed, the Woodland Pods will provide a luxurious retreat for guests attending weddings, corporate events, and leisure break staycations, offering a new way to experience the stunning countryside location.
The new Woodland Pods will complement the existing 5* boutique bedroom suites and be available to guests who book events at Moddershall Oaks’ renowned event space, The Venue. The pods will be located adjacent to the tranquil woodlands, offering beautiful views of the onsite lake, and just steps away from The Venue, which recently underwent a six-figure refurbishment. The project is expected to enhance the guest experience with intimate and private accommodations in a serene setting.
The fourteen Woodland Pods, will include nine double rooms, three family-friendly units, a luxurious honeymoon suite featuring a freestanding slipper bath, plus a special pod designed for wedding parties to prepare for their celebrations in. The wedding suite offers couples an idyllic space to extend their celebration with close friends and family in the privacy of the woodland grounds.
Couples who book their wedding at Moddershall Oaks will have the option to reserve exclusive use of the pods for their guests, creating an immersive experience on their special day. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, The Oak House, will be included with each stay, further adding to the experience.
