Midlands house hunters called to exclusive part exchange events

Morris Homes is hosting a series of Part Exchange events for prospective home owners at its developments across the Midlands this weekend.

Organised alongside the independent property developer’s subsidiary, Shelbourne Estates, the Part Exchange events on 17 and 18 January are designed to help individuals and families find their dream home.

Morris Homes will open the doors at its most popular central developments including Hugglescote Grange in Coalville, Arkall Farm in Staffordshire, and Deerwood Fold in Hilton, Derby.

Meanwhile, Shelbourne Estates will be hosting events at its Hunsbury Grange development in Northampton and at Arden Park in Redditch.

Visitors will have the chance to explore the contemporary new build properties, which provide modern living in well-connected and sought after locations.

With a range of home sizes available across the developments, the communities cater for everyone, from individuals to growing families, and downsizers looking to make their next move.

Attendees will receive advice from property and mortgage experts, particularly on the developers’ Part Exchange scheme, which enables buyers to trade in their existing property as part payment for a new home.

The scheme sees Morris Homes buy a homeowner’s existing property at full market value with no agent fees, reducing costly outgoings and time-consuming processes.

This means buyers can avoid the hassle of selling, remove the risk of a broken chain, and move at a time that suits them.

Joanne McGarvey, Sales Director at Morris Homes, said: “As community focused housebuilders, we’re really looking forward to welcoming prospective buyers onto our developments on 17 January.

“These events allow people to see for themselves the quality of our homes, the lifestyle our communities offer, and the support available through options such as Part Exchange. Our aim is to make moving home simpler and more accessible, and our teams will be on hand to guide buyers every step of the way.”

As part of the central part exchange showcase, the housing developer will also be holding events across Cambridgeshire this weekend, including Morris Homes developments Alconbury Weald in Huntingdon and Wintringham in St. Neots.

Shelbourne Estates will also be holding Part Exchange events at Houghton Grange in St Ives, Cambridgeshire and at The Orchards in Fulbourn.

Events are free to attend and appointments can be made at New Build Homes for Sale | Morris Homes or Home | Shelbourne Estates.
