WALTON HOMES PLEDGES £600,000 TO STAFFORDSHIRE COMMUNITY PROJECTS

Lichfield based house builder Walton Homes will be committing over £600,000 for projects in support of their local community during the creation of its Acresford Development in Handsacre.

 

The family-run house builder has committed £419,178 to help fund more than 100 new primary school places at Hob Hill CE/Methodist school in Rugeley, a contribution of £129,548 towards the provision of an additional sports hall and swimming pool at Friary Grange Leisure Centre in Lichfield, with an additional £30,000 allocated towards highway contributions, and £35,720 to fund a new, full time Visitor Engagement Officer at Cannock Chase’s Special Area of Conversation.

Walton Homes’ development, Acresford Park, is located in the sought after village of Handsacre, Staffordshire, with 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes available. Phase 2B of the development has now launched, with 41 properties available, including bungalows.
